Every laser process depends on timing. Photon Interlock keeps that timing under control, so the result stays the same every time.
Applications
Every process below depends on the same thing: pulses landing exactly where and when they should. These are the applications where we're validating Photon Interlock first.

Line-based processing
Coding & Marking
Marks and codes move with the part under the beam. Every pass depends on knowing exactly where the beam lands, pulse by pulse. Photon Interlock keeps that cross-scan precision locked in, so codes stay sharp and readable at full speed.
Micromachining
Micromachining lives and dies on the energy delivered per pulse. A small drift in timing means uneven energy, and uneven energy means inconsistent results. Photon Interlock keeps energy delivery in-scan locked to the same reference as everything else, pulse after pulse.
Inline Processing
On a moving line, timing has to survive motion: vibration, speed changes, real production conditions, not a lab bench. Photon Interlock is built to hold synchronization under exactly those conditions, so the process stays in spec as the line keeps running.
If your process lives at the edge of what timing precision can do, we'd like to understand it and work out together whether, and how, this closes the gap for you.
